Terms/Booking Conditions

PASSENGER INFORMATION DETAILS: To ensure accurate booking details, you must send passport copies upon enlistment and reservation.
NOTE: We will not reserve cabins without receiving passport copies or provisional bookings that do not include complete passenger details.
AMENDMENT & CHANGE OF NAME POLICY: Name changes or amendments are permitted only if tickets have not yet been issued and are requested at least 70 days prior to the departure date. If a name change is no longer possible and the passenger is unable to travel, the booking will be subject to applicable cancellation fees, including the forfeiture of the guarantee deposit.
GUARANTEE DEPOSIT: A USD 1,000/person is required within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the Statement of Account (SOA) to secure the reservation. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE TO OTHER PACKAGES.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A payment of 25% of the FULL PAYMENT is required 90 days prior to the departure date, and the FULL BALANCE must be settled no later than 45 days before departure.
RELEASING & CANCELLATION POLICY: A guarantee deposit is required to secure the booking. In the event of cancellation, the guarantee deposit will be forfeited regardless of the timing of the cancellation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The package is non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. No refunds will be provided for any unused tours, transportation, hotels, or flights. Once the guarantee deposit has been made, cancellation is NOT PERMITTED. In the event of cancellation, both the guarantee deposit and full payment will be FORFEITED, along with corresponding charges.
o A 25% cancellation fee, along with the forfeiture of the guarantee deposit, will apply to cancellations made 90 days or more before the
departure date.
o A 50% cancellation fee, along with the forfeiture of the guarantee deposit, will apply to cancellations made between 60 and 89 days prior to
departure.
o A 100% cancellation fee, with no refund, including forfeiture of the guarantee deposit, will apply to cancellations made within 45 days of the
departure date.
BOOKING HOLDING PERIOD: The booking holding period is limited to THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS only. Failure to provide the Guarantee Deposit within this period may result in the release of the booking.
FULL PAYMENT: Full payment must be settled FORTY-FIVE (45) DAYS before the Embarkation Date; otherwise, the slot may be released, and the deposit forfeited. If booked less than a month before departure, full payment must be made THREE (3) DAYS after receiving the Confirmation Invoice.
IMMIGRATION & VISA REQUIREMENTS: If a passenger is unable to pass the immigration process at any international port, the entire tour package cost is NON-REFUNDABLE. Note that this process is subject to the discretion of the immigration officer, and outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances.
TICKET ISSUANCE: Ticket issuance is finalized approximately one week before the embarkation date. Please note that this timeline is subject to adjustments influenced by the heightened demand experienced during peak seasons, as well as the operational capacity of our airline partners.
OVERPAYMENTS & CREDIT NOTE POLICY: In the event of an overpayment, a credit note will be issued, transferring the overpaid amount into a TRAVEL FUND. This credit note is NON-REFUNDABLE and can only be applied to future bookings
