PASSENGER INFORMATION FORM: To ensure accurate booking details, the assigned agent must complete the Passenger Information Form, which includes each passenger?s full name, passport number, and other essential details. The form link will be sent via email and must be submitted no later than FORTY-FIVE (45) DAYS before embarkation. Any errors or amendments after submission will incur a certain charge per correction. Kindly ensure that all passenger details are accurately provided based on the passport information to avoid any additional charges or issues.
AMENDMENT & CHANGE OF NAME POLICY: A fee of USD 50 per passenger applies for corrections before ticket issuance. After ticket issuance, a fee of USD 100 per passenger applies for spelling corrections, and USD 200 per passenger for FULL NAME CHANGES. Name changes are NOT ALLOWED within FIFTEEN (15) DAYS before embarkation; tickets will be FORFEITED if changes are made within this period.
GUARANTEE DEPOSIT:
FOR BULK BUYERS: A 20% DOWN PAYMENT is required within FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the Statement of Account (SOA) to secure the reservation. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
FOR FIT BOOKINGS: A 30% DOWN PAYMENT is required within THREE (3) DAYS of receiving the Statement of Account (SOA) to secure the reservation. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
FOR BULK BUYERS: 20% down payment is due within FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS after the issuance of the SOA, 40% is due ONE (1) MONTH after the first deposit, and the remaining 40% BALANCE is due FORTY-FIVE (45) DAYS prior to embarkation.
FOR FIT BOOKINGS: 30% down payment is due within THREE (3) DAYS after the issuance of the SOA, 30% is due ONE (1) MONTH after the first deposit, and the remaining 40% BALANCE is due FORTY-FIVE (45) DAYS prior to embarkation.
RELEASING & CANCELLATION POLICY: Cabin releases made within ONE (1) MONTH of paying the guarantee deposit will result in FORFEITURE of the deposit. If the release is made more than ONE (1) MONTH after the guarantee deposit has been paid, full payment including applicable port charges will be REQUIRED.
BOOKING HOLDING PERIOD: FOR BULK BUYERS: The booking holding period is limited to five (5) business days only. Failure to provide the Guarantee Deposit within this period may result in the release of the booking. FOR FIT BOOKINGS: The booking holding period is limited to three (3) business days only. Failure to provide the Guarantee Deposit within this period may result in the release of the booking.
IMMIGRATION & VISA REQUIREMENTS: If a passenger is unable to pass the immigration process at any international port, the entire tour package cost is NON-REFUNDABLE. Note that this process is subject to the discretion of the immigration officer, and outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances.
TICKET ISSUANCE: Ticket issuance is finalized approximately one week before the embarkation date. Please note that this timeline is subject to adjustments influenced by the heightened demand experienced during peak seasons, as well as the operational capacity of the cruise line.
OVERPAYMENTS & CREDIT NOTE POLICY: In the event of an overpayment, a credit note will be issued, transferring the overpaid amount into a TRAVEL FUND. This credit note is NON-REFUNDABLE and can only be applied to future bookings.
ALL PRICES ARE EXCLUSIVE OF TAXES
