GUARANTEE DEPOSIT: PHP 15,000 per person is required to secure the reservation. The guarantee deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and must be settled within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the Confirmation Invoice. Otherwise, the slot may be released.
BOOKING HOLDING PERIOD: The booking holding period is limited to three (3) business days only. Failure to provide the Guarantee Deposit within this period may result in the release of the booking.
FULL PAYMENT: Full payment must be settled THIRTY (30) DAYS before the Departure Date; otherwise, the slot may be released, and the deposit forfeited. If booked less than a month before departure, full payment must be made THREE (3) DAYS after receiving the Confirmation Invoice.
VISA DENIAL POLICY: In the unfortunate event of a visa application being DENIED, the guarantee deposit will be FORFEITED. However, a name change for a passenger with a valid visa is permissible if the ticket has not yet been issued, provided they join the same departure date.
TICKET ISSUANCE: Ticket issuance is finalized approximately one week before the departure date. Please note that this timeline is subject to adjustments influenced by the heightened demand experienced during peak seasons, as well as the operational capacity of our airline partners.
DATE TRANSFER POLICY: Upon payment of the Guarantee Deposit, the Agent acknowledges that the selected travel date is definitive. Any sudden request for a change in the travel date after payment is considered final and cannot be accommodated.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The package is non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. No refunds will be provided for any unused tours, transportation, hotels, and flights. Once the guarantee deposit has been made, cancellation is not permitted. Both the guarantee deposit and full payment will be forfeited in the event of cancellation.
CREDIT NOTE POLICY: In the event of an overpayment, a credit note will be issued, transferring the overpaid amount into a TRAVEL FUND. This credit note is NON-REFUNDABLE and can only be applied to future bookings ? IMMIGRATION PROCESS: For passengers unable to pass the immigration process at any international airport, the entire tour package cost is non-refundable. Note that this process is subject to the discretion of the immigration officer, and outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances.
FLIGHT SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS: In the event of sudden adjustments to the flight schedule made by the airline, clients are expected to follow the new set schedule. Rebooking can only be processed in the event of natural calamities, force majeure (war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, epidemics, and pandemics), or mandated government cancellations. A refund is not an option.

E-GROUP VISA
ELIGIBILITY: The E-Group Visa is available only to passengers who have no prior denials of a South Korean visa or any derogatory immigration records. A minimum of three passengers is required to be eligible for the E-group visa. Passengers with a history of visa denial are ineligible for the E-Group Visa.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: All required documents must be submitted in the specified format. Failure to adhere to the submission guidelines will result in delays or outright rejection of the application.
VISA VALIDITY: Once the E-Group Visa is issued, it cannot be extended. Passengers must depart and return on the dates specified in their visa application. These dates will be monitored by South Korean immigration authorities.
SKIPPING TOUR: Once approved for the KR E-Group Visa, passengers must attend all scheduled tours without exception. Skipping any tour is strictly prohibited.
VISA ISSUANCE: The E-Group Visa is generally issued three days prior to the scheduled departure date. Ensure all passengers are aware of this timeframe and make necessary arrangements accordingly.
VISA WAIVER: All passengers are required to sign the visa waiver agreement as part of the application process.
