DAY 1. MANILA-VANCOUVER (MEALS ON BOARD/D)

Departure from Manila

Upon arrival at Vancouver International Airport, you will be greeted and assisted with a private transfer to your hotel. After checking in, take some time to relax and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. In the evening, delight in a dinner at a local restaurant showcasing regional flavors.

DAY 2. VANCOUVER (B/L/D)

After breakfast at the hotel, embark on a full-day Vancouver Sightseeing Tour, exploring highlights such as Granville Island, Gastown, Stanley Park, Canada Place, and the Vancouver Lookout.

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant during the tour, and in the evening, savor dinner at another local restaurant before returning to the hotel.

DAY 3. VANCOUVER-WHISTLER (B/L/D)

After breakfast at the hotel, depart Vancouver for a scenic road transfer to the Whistler Mountains along the breathtaking Sea to Sky Highway, with a stop at the majestic Shannon Falls en route. The journey covers approximately 125 km and takes about two hours each way.

Upon arrival, enjoy free time to explore Whistler Village.

DAY 4. WHISTLER-KELOWNA (B/L/D)

After breakfast at the hotel, depart Whistler for a scenic road transfer to Kelowna along the stunning Trans-Canada Highway, with photo stops at picturesque points along the route. The journey spans approximately 500 km and takes about six hours.

Upon arrival in Kelowna, visit Frind Estate Winery in West Kelowna, where you can enjoy five flights of wine of your choice while taking in the breathtaking views of the valley. Lunch and dinner will be arranged at local restaurants, offering a taste of the region?s flavors.

DAY 5. KELOWNA-CALGARY (B/L/D)

After breakfast at the hotel, depart Kelowna for a scenic road journey to Calgary along the Trans-Canada Highway. The drive covers approximately 600 km and takes around seven hours, with photo stops at notable landmarks including the Spiral Tunnels and the beautiful Emerald Lake.

Lunch and dinner will be arranged at local restaurants along the way, before arriving in Calgary for the evening.

DAY 6. CALGARY (B/L/D)

After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a full-day Calgary Sightseeing Tour, including visits to Heritage Park and Olympic Village, along with some leisure time for shopping at CrossIron Mills Outlets.

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer by road from Calgary to Banff National Park, a journey of approximately 165 km taking around two hours.

Known for its towering Rocky Mountain peaks, pristine glacial lakes, and endless opportunities for adventure, Banff is Canada?s first national park and part of the Canadian Rocky Mountain Parks UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Upon arrival, enjoy some leisure time exploring Banff Avenue at your own pace. Lunch and dinner will be arranged at local restaurants, highlighting the flavors of the region.

DAY 8. BANFF (B/L/D)

After breakfast at the hotel, set out on a full-day Banff Sightseeing Tour, including visits to Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, and the Banff Gondola.

At the heart of the park lies the charming alpine town of Banff, surrounded by majestic peaks and pristine lakes. As you explore, discover the region?s rich culture, geology, and wildlife while taking in some of western Canada?s most iconic sights.

A highlight of the day is riding the Banff Gondola to the summit of Sulphur Mountain for breathtaking panoramic views, followed by time at the stunning Lake Louise. Lunch and dinner will be enjoyed at local restaurants.

DAY 9. BANFF-JASPER (B/L/D)

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer from Banff National Park to Jasper National Park, with a stop at the Columbia Icefields. Covering a distance of 288 km, the journey takes approximately four hours, with a total duration of around eight hours including sightseeing. Relax and enjoy the ride along the Icefields Parkway, one of the most spectacular drives in the world, where glaciers, waterfalls, turquoise lakes, and ever-changing landscapes unfold at every turn.

A highlight of the day is venturing onto the surface of the Athabasca Glacier in a specially designed Ice Explorer, followed by a thrilling walk on the Columbia Icefield Skywalk for breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks and valleys.

DAY 10. JASPER (B/L/D)

After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a full-day Jasper City Tour?s mountains and canyons, highlighted by a scenic Maligne Lake Cruise. Fed by the glaciers of Jasper National Park, Maligne Lake is renowned for its crystal-clear waters and majestic surroundings. As you cruise along its tranquil shores, admire towering peaks and watch for wildlife before arriving at the breathtaking Spirit Island, one of the most photographed spots in the Canadian Rockies.

DAY 11. JASPER-VANCOUVER (B/L/D)

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Jasper train station to board the iconic VIA Rail. This unforgettable journey offers a full day of scenic landscapes followed by a relaxing overnight onboard experience. The train departs at 9:30 a.m. and arrives in Vancouver the following morning at 8:00 a.m., with a total travel duration of approximately 23 hours.

DAY 12. VANCOUVER-MANILA (B/L/MEALS ON BOARD)

After breakfast at a local restaurant, guests arriving in Vancouver by train will be transferred to McArthurGlen Designer Outlet for leisure time before continuing on to Vancouver International Airport. Lunch will be arranged at a local restaurant before departure to Manila.

Terms/Booking Conditions

Submit a clear scanned passport copy for enlistment

GUARANTEE DEPOSIT: USD 1000 per person is required to secure the reservation. The guarantee deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and must be settled within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the Confirmation Invoice. Otherwise, the slot may be released.

BOOKING HOLDING PERIOD: The booking holding period is limited to three (3) business days only. Failure to provide the Guarantee Deposit within this period may result in the release of the booking.

FULL PAYMENT: Full payment must be settled THIRTY (30) to FORTY-FIVE (45) DAYS before the Departure Date; otherwise, the slot may be released, and the deposit forfeited. If booked less than a month before departure, full payment must be made THREE (3) DAYS after receiving the Confirmation Invoice.

BRACKET RATE: Should the number of passengers fail to meet the specified minimum requirement, the pricing will be adjusted accordingly to the bracket rates outlined in the Flyer and Agent?s Copy.

VISA DENIAL POLICY: In the unfortunate event of a visa application being DENIED, the guarantee deposit will be FORFEITED. However, a name change for a passenger with a valid visa is permissible if the ticket has not yet been issued, provided they join the same departure date.

TICKET ISSUANCE: Ticket issuance is finalized approximately one week before the departure date. Please note that this timeline is subject to adjustments influenced by the heightened demand experienced during peak seasons, as well as the operational capacity of our airline partners.

DATE TRANSFER POLICY: Upon payment of the Guarantee Deposit, the Agent acknowledges that the selected travel date is definitive. Any sudden request for a change in the travel date after payment is considered final and cannot be accommodated.

CREDIT NOTE POLICY: In the event of an overpayment, a credit note will be issued, transferring the overpaid amount into a TRAVEL FUND. This credit note is NON-REFUNDABLE and can only be applied to future bookings

IMMIGRATION PROCESS: For passengers unable to pass the immigration process at any international airport, the entire tour package cost is non-refundable. Note that this process is subject to the discretion of the immigration officer, and outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances.

FLIGHT SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS: In the event of sudden adjustments to the flight schedule made by the airline, clients are expected to follow the new set schedule. Rebooking can only be processed in the event of natural calamities, force majeure (war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, epidemics, and pandemics), or mandated government cancellations. A refund is not an option.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The package is non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. No refunds will be provided for any unused tours, transportation, hotels, and flights. Once the guarantee deposit has been made, cancellation is not permitted. In the event of cancellation, both the guarantee deposit and full payment will be forfeited, along with corresponding charges.

o Cancellations made 45 days or less prior to departure will result in the forfeiture of both the guarantee deposit and full payment.
