DAY 1. MANILA (MEALS ON BOARD)

Your journey begins with an international flight from Manila to Rio de Janeiro.

DAY 2. DUBAI - BUENOS AIRES (MEALS ON BOARD/D)

Upon arrival, check into your hotel and have time to rest.

DAY 3. BUENOS AIRES (B/L/D)

Start your day with breakfast before exploring the city?s cultural gems on a Buenos Aires City Tour, with lunch included at Marcelo Restaurant.

After the tour, enjoy dinner accompanied by a Tango Show at La Ventana. Then transfer to your hotel.

DAY 4. BUENOS AIRES (B/-/-)

After having your breakfast, enjoy a shopping tour. In the evening, return to the hotel for dinner, followed by an overnight stay.

DAY 5. BUENOS AIRES - USHUAIA (B/L/D)

After breakfast, catch your flight to Ushuaia, the southernmost city in the world. Upon arrival, board the SH Diana Swan Hellenic Expedition Cruise. As you sail out of Ushuaia, enjoy breathtaking views of the Martial Mountain Range and navigate the scenic Beagle Channel, marking the start of your Antarctic expedition.

DAY 6. AT SEA (B/L/D)

Spend the day sailing toward Antarctica. Enjoy panoramic views from the observation decks and take free time to explore SH Diana?s elegant facilities.

DAY 7. AT SEA (B/L/D)

Continue your journey southward, surrounded by dramatic seascapes and distant ice formations. Savor sumptuous onboard dining while the expedition team prepares you for the Antarctic experience ahead.

DAY 8. MIKKELSEN HARBOUR - CURTISS BAY (B/L/D)

Arrive at the Antarctic Peninsula for your first shore excursions. Visit Petermann Island, known for its penguin colonies and icy landscapes, and enjoy Zodiac cruising for close-up encounters with penguins, seals, soaring seabirds, and breathtaking icebergs.

DAY 9. NEKO HARBOUR - BROWN STATION (B/L/D)

Set out on guided hikes along the frozen shores of Antarctica. Explore pristine snowy pathways and take in the raw, majestic scenery unique to the southernmost continent.

DAY 10. DAMOY POINT - PORT LOCKROY (B/L/D)

Breakfast in the morning then, you can join an optional tour to experience snowshoe excursions across untouched Antarctic terrain. This day is all about immersing yourself in the once-in-a-lifetime landscapes that define every traveler?s polar dream. Then, spend time relaxing, socializing, and savoring the final moments of your Antarctic voyage.

Enjoy your free time discovering the facilities and amenities aboard the SH Diana Cruise. Later, explore Ushuaia by night and experience the city?s unique atmosphere after dark.

DAY 14. USHUAIA - BUENOS AIRES (B/L/D)

Disembark in Ushuaia and transfer to the airport for your onward journey. Continue to Buenos Aires for your departure.

DAY 15. RIO DE JANEIRO (B/L/D)

Upon arrival in Rio de Janeiro, check into your hotel and enjoy free time exploring Rio at your own pace, whether strolling along Copacabana, relaxing after your long flight, or savoring your first taste of Brazil.

DAY 16. RIO DE JANEIRO (B/L/D)

After breakfast, discover Rio?s most iconic landmarks. Ride up Corcovado Mountain to see the world-famous Christ the Redeemer. Then continue to Sugarloaf Mountain for sweeping 360? views of Rio?s coastline, forests, and vibrant cityscape. Buffet lunch at ?Frontera Ipanema? Then, dinner at the ?Palace? Restaurant with a tropical show included. Overnight at the hotel.

Terms/Booking Conditions

Submit a clear scanned passport copy for enlistment
GUARANTEE DEPOSIT: 25% OF BASE RATE per person is required to secure the reservation. The guarantee deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and must be settled within FIVE (5) DAYS after booking. Otherwise, the slot may be released.
BOOKING HOLDING PERIOD: The booking holding period is limited to FIVE (5) DAYS only. Failure to provide the Guarantee Deposit within this period may result in the release of the booking.
SECOND PAYMENT (60 DAYS AFTER BOOKING): The 50% of the Final Payment must be settled SIXTY (60) Days after booking and is NON-REFUNDABLE. This payment is required to confirm all the services included in the package.
FULL PAYMENT: Full payment must be settled SIXTY (60) DAYS before the Departure Date; otherwise, the slot may be released, and the deposit forfeited. If booked less than a month before departure, full payment must be made THREE (3) DAYS after receiving the Confirmation Invoice.
VISA DENIAL POLICY: In the unfortunate event of a visa application being DENIED, the guarantee deposit will be FORFEITED. However, a name change for a passenger with a valid visa is permissible if the ticket has not yet been issued, provided they join the same departure date.
TICKET ISSUANCE: Ticket issuance is finalized approximately one week before the departure date. Please note that this timeline is subject to adjustments influenced by the heightened demand experienced during peak seasons, as well as the operational capacity of our airline partners.
DATE TRANSFER POLICY: Upon payment of the Guarantee Deposit, the Agent acknowledges that the selected travel date is definitive. Any sudden request for a change in the travel date after payment is considered final and cannot be accommodated.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The package is non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. No refunds will be provided for any unused tours, transportation, hotels, and flights. Once the guarantee deposit has been made, cancellation is not permitted. Both the guarantee deposit and full payment will be forfeited in the event of cancellation.
CREDIT NOTE POLICY: In the event of an overpayment, a credit note will be issued, transferring the overpaid amount into a TRAVEL FUND. This credit note is NON-REFUNDABLE and can only be applied to future bookings ? IMMIGRATION PROCESS: For passengers unable to pass the immigration process at any international airport, the entire tour package cost is non-refundable. Note that this process is subject to the discretion of the immigration officer, and outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances.
FLIGHT SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS: In the event of sudden adjustments to the flight schedule made by the airline, clients are expected to follow the new set schedule. Rebooking can only be processed in the event of natural calamities, force majeure (war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, epidemics, and pandemics), or mandated government cancellations. A refund is not an option.
