Submit a clear scanned Valid ID with Date of Birth for enlistment
GUARANTEE DEPOSIT: 50% per person is required to secure the reservation. The guarantee deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE
and must be settled within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the Confirmation Invoice. Otherwise, the slot may be
released.
BOOKING HOLDING PERIOD: The booking holding period is limited to three (3) business days only. Failure to provide the
Guarantee Deposit within this period may result in the release of the booking.
FULL PAYMENT: Full payment must be settled THIRTY (30) DAYS before the Departure Date; otherwise, the slot may be
released, and the deposit forfeited. If booked less than a month before departure, full payment must be made THREE (3) DAYS
after receiving the Confirmation Invoice.
BOOK AND BUY: Upon acknowledgment of the deposit receipt, the booking is considered confirmed and final. Cancellation can
no longer be processed.
TICKET ISSUANCE: Ticket issuance is finalized approximately one week before the departure date. Please note that this timeline
is subject to adjustments influenced by the heightened demand experienced during peak seasons, as well as the operational
capacity of our airline partners.
DATE TRANSFER POLICY: Upon payment of the Guarantee Deposit, the Agent acknowledges that the selected travel date is
definitive. Any sudden request for a change in the travel date after payment is considered final and cannot be accommodated.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The package is non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. No refunds will be provided for any unused
tours, transportation, hotels, and flights. Once the guarantee deposit has been made, cancellation is not permitted. Both the
guarantee deposit and full payment will be forfeited in the event of cancellation.
CREDIT NOTE POLICY: In the event of an overpayment, a credit note will be issued, transferring the overpaid amount into a
TRAVEL FUND. This credit note is NON-REFUNDABLE and can only be applied to future bookings with Juan World Philippines,
Inc.
FLIGHT SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS: In the event of sudden adjustments to the flight schedule made by the airline, clients are
expected to follow the new set schedule. Rebooking can only be processed in the event of natural calamities, force majeure (war
or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, epidemics, and pandemics), or mandated government
cancellations. A refund is not an option.
To ensure a smooth departure process, please check and confirm with your passengers the following mandatory travel
documents:
1. For Filipino Minors (Below 18 Years Old): If a minor is traveling alone or with someone other than their parents, they are required to secure a Travel Clearance issued by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). Please advise parents/guardians to process this in advance.
2. For Filipino Government Employees: Government employees traveling abroad, even for personal or leisure purposes, must present a Travel Authority from their respective Department Heads. This is a required document upon departure.
