DAY 1. MANILA (MEALS ON BOARD)

Assembly at the airport. Departure from Manila

DAY 2. COPENHAGEN (-/-/D)

Arrival in Copenhagen.

Upon arrival in Copenhagen, have a quick Copenhagen City Tour - featuring photo stops to The Little Mermaid and Copenhagen City Hall and free time at Nyhavn.

Proceed to the hotel for rest and overnight.

DAY 3. COPENHAGEN - OSLO (B/-/D)

The day begins in Copenhagen.

In the morning, we will visit Christiansborg Palace to explore the Royal Reception Rooms, where the Danish Royal Family hosts important events. You?ll get to see elegant halls, beautiful interiors, and a glimpse of Denmark?s royal history.

Afterwards, proceed for a photo-stop at Amalienborg Palace and Frederik?s Church.

In the afternoon, the group checks in at the DFDS terminal for your Overnight Cruise going to Oslo, and dinner on board.

Overnight Cruise (Standard cabin with Sea View)

DAY 4. OSLO - KARLSTAD (B/-/D)

Breakfast is served on board before the cruise arrives in Oslo in the morning. The day begins with a Oslo City Tour - featuring visits to Oslo City Hall, the Royal Palace (outside), the Storting Building, and the famous Vigeland Park.

The journey continues with a 4-5hrs drive from Oslo to Karlstad.

Dinner and Overnight in Karlstad.

DAY 5. KARLSTAD - STOCKHOLM (B/-/D)

After breakfast at the hotel, the group departs for a three-hour drive to Stockholm.

We will be having a panoramic city tour with an entrance to the Vasa Museum, home to the world?s only almost fully intact 17th-century ship. The Vasa sank on its maiden voyage and was recovered after 333 years under the sea?making it one of Sweden?s most famous and fascinating historical treasures.

Afterwards, the group checks in at the Silja Line terminal. Dinner is served on board.

The night is spent on board the Tallink Silja Line in an A-Seaview cabin.

DAY 6. STOCKHOLM - HELSINKI - TALLINN (B/-/D)

Breakfast is served on board before the cruise arrives in Helsinki at 10:30. Upon arrival, a Helsinki City Tour is conducted by the tour leader (no guide), featuring visits to Helsinki Cathedral, Senate Square, Parliament House, Sibelius Park, Temppeliaukio Church (outside), and Uspenski Cathedral.

Afterwards in the afternoon, the group checks in at the Helsinki pier, West Harbour Terminal 2 (T2). At 16:30, the journey continues on the Helsinki?Tallinn route (one way, STAR class). A buffet dinner with drinks is served on board at 17:30. The ferry arrives in Tallinn at 18:30 at the D-terminal, followed by a transfer from the harbour to the hotel.

DAY 7. TALLINN - RIGA (B/-/D)

After breakfast at the hotel, the day begins with a Tallinn City Tour visiting the Old Town, City Hall Square, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, St. Olaf?s Church, and the Song Festival Grounds.

At noon, the group departs for Riga on a four-hour drive. Upon arrival, have our dinner, followed by an overnight stay in Riga.

DAY 8. RIGA (B/-/D)

Breakfast is served at the hotel. In the morning, Riga City Tour features visits to the Old Town, Swedish Gate, Opera House, Gunners Plaza, Central Market, the Art Nouveau area, and Albert Main Street.

In the evening, dinner is provided and we go back to the hotel.

DAY 9. RIGA - VILNIUS (B/-/D)

After breakfast at the hotel, the group departs for Vilnius, with a photo stop at the Hill of Crosses along the way.

Upon arrival in Vilnius proceed for dinner, and overnight at the hotel.

DAY 10. VILNIUS (B/-/D)

After breakfast at the hotel, the group departs for Trakai, a 40-minute drive from Vilnius. Visit the Trakai Castle and History Museum, with entrance included.

Afterwards, the group begins a Vilnius City Tour visiting the Old Town, Gediminas Square, Vilnius University, Mizgiris Amber Gallery, the Church of St. Anne, and the Gate of Dawn.

After dinner, proceed at hotel.

DAY 11. VILNIUS (B/MEALS ON BOARD)

After breakfast, the group transfers from the hotel to the airport for your flight back going to Manila.

DAY 12. MANILA (MEALS ON BOARD)

Arrival in Manila.

Terms/Booking Conditions

Submit a clear scanned passport copy for enlistment

GUARANTEE DEPOSIT: USD 500 per person is required to secure the reservation. The guarantee deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and must be settled within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the Confirmation Invoice. Otherwise, the slot may be released.

BOOKING HOLDING PERIOD: The booking holding period is limited to three (3) business days only. Failure to provide the Guarantee Deposit within this period may result in the release of the booking.

FULL PAYMENT: Full payment must be settled THIRTY (30) to FORTY-FIVE (45) DAYS before the Departure Date; otherwise, the slot may be released, and the deposit forfeited. If booked less than a month before departure, full payment must be made THREE (3) DAYS after receiving the Confirmation Invoice.

BRACKET RATE: Should the number of passengers fail to meet the specified minimum requirement, the pricing will be adjusted accordingly to the bracket rates outlined in the Flyer and Agent?s Copy.

VISA DENIAL POLICY: In the unfortunate event of a visa application being DENIED, the guarantee deposit will be FORFEITED. However, a name change for a passenger with a valid visa is permissible if the ticket has not yet been issued, provided they join the same departure date.

TICKET ISSUANCE: Ticket issuance is finalized approximately one week before the departure date. Please note that this timeline is subject to adjustments influenced by the heightened demand experienced during peak seasons, as well as the operational capacity of our airline partners.

DATE TRANSFER POLICY: Upon payment of the Guarantee Deposit, the Agent acknowledges that the selected travel date is definitive. Any sudden request for a change in the travel date after payment is considered final and cannot be accommodated.

CREDIT NOTE POLICY: In the event of an overpayment, a credit note will be issued, transferring the overpaid amount into a TRAVEL FUND. This credit note is NON-REFUNDABLE and can only be applied to future bookings

IMMIGRATION PROCESS: For passengers unable to pass the immigration process at any international airport, the entire tour package cost is non-refundable. Note that this process is subject to the discretion of the immigration officer, and outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances.

FLIGHT SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS: In the event of sudden adjustments to the flight schedule made by the airline, clients are expected to follow the new set schedule. Rebooking can only be processed in the event of natural calamities, force majeure (war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, epidemics, and pandemics), or mandated government cancellations. A refund is not an option.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The package is non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. No refunds will be provided for any unused tours, transportation, hotels, and flights. Once the guarantee deposit has been made, cancellation is not permitted. In the event of cancellation, both the guarantee deposit and full payment will be forfeited, along with corresponding charges.

o Cancellations made 45 days or less prior to departure will result in the forfeiture of both the guarantee deposit and full payment.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

To ensure a smooth departure process, please check and confirm with your passengers the following mandatory travel documents:

1. For Filipino Minors (Below 18 Years Old): If a minor is traveling alone or with someone other than their parents, they are required to secure a Travel Clearance issued by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). Please advise parents/guardians to process this in advance.

2. For Filipino Government Employees: Government employees traveling abroad, even for personal or leisure purposes, must present a Travel Authority from their respective Department Heads. This is a required document upon departure.
