ITINERARY:
DAY 1. MANILA (MEALS ON BOARD)
Departure from Manila.
DAY 2. HANEDA - YOKOHAMA - TOKYO (B/L/D)
Pick-up at the airport, then a Breakfast Box will be provided. Proceed to Kamakura to visit Kamakura Big Buddha (Opening at 08:00 AM), then proceed to Hasedera Temple. Transfer to Yokohama to visit the Biggest China Town in Japan, Minato Mirai Shopping Area, and Ramen Museum. Then back to Tokyo for overnight.
DAY 3. TOKYO (B/L/D)
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit Sens?-ji Temple in Asakusa, Nakamise Street, Sky Tree (photo stop)Ueno Park, and Shibuya Crossing.
DAY 4. TOKYO (B/-/-)
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea including a Day Pass Ticket with Private Coach (RT Transfer).
DAY 5. TOKYO - FUJI - GIFU/NAGOYA (B/L/D)
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit Gotemba Factory and Oshino Hakkai viewing Mt. Fuji. If time permits, photo stop at Lake Kawaguchi to view Mt. Fuji. Then, transfer to Gifu / Nagoya.
DAY 6. GIFU/NAGOYA - KYOTO - OSAKA (B/L/D)
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Kyoto to visit Arashiyama Temple and Fushimi Inari. Then, transfer to Shinsaibashi or Dotonbori for shopping.

Terms/Booking Conditions

Submit a clear scanned passport copy for enlistment 
GUARANTEE DEPOSIT: USD 500 per person is required to secure the reservation. The guarantee deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and must be settled within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the Confirmation Invoice. Otherwise, the slot may be released.
BOOKING HOLDING PERIOD: The booking holding period is limited to three (3) business days only. Failure to provide the Guarantee Deposit within this period may result in the release of the booking.
FULL PAYMENT: Full payment must be settled THIRTY (30) DAYS before the Departure Date; otherwise, the slot may be released, and the deposit forfeited. If booked less than a month before departure, full payment must be made THREE (3) DAYS after receiving the Confirmation Invoice.
VISA DENIAL POLICY: In the unfortunate event of a visa application being DENIED, the guarantee deposit will be FORFEITED. However, a name change for a passenger with a valid visa is permissible if the ticket has not yet been issued, provided they join the same departure date.
TICKET ISSUANCE: Ticket issuance is finalized approximately one week before the departure date. Please note that this timeline is subject to adjustments influenced by the heightened demand experienced during peak seasons, as well as the operational capacity of our airline partners.
DATE TRANSFER POLICY: Upon payment of the Guarantee Deposit, the Agent acknowledges that the selected travel date is definitive. Any sudden request for a change in the travel date after payment is considered final and cannot be accommodated.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The package is non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. No refunds will be provided for any unused tours, transportation, hotels, and flights. Once the guarantee deposit has been made, cancellation is not permitted. Both the guarantee deposit and full payment will be forfeited in the event of cancellation.
CREDIT NOTE POLICY: In the event of an overpayment, a credit note will be issued, transferring the overpaid amount into a TRAVEL FUND. This credit note is NON-REFUNDABLE and can only be applied to future bookings IMMIGRATION PROCESS: For passengers unable to pass the immigration process at any international airport, the entire tour package cost is non-refundable. Note that this process is subject to the discretion of the immigration officer, and outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances.
FLIGHT SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS: In the event of sudden adjustments to the flight schedule made by the airline, clients are expected to follow the new set schedule. Rebooking can only be processed in the event of natural calamities, force majeure (war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, epidemics, and pandemics), or mandated government cancellations. A refund is not an option
IMPORTANT NOTICE
To ensure a smooth departure process, please check and confirm with your passengers the following mandatory travel documents:
1. For Filipino Minors (Below 18 Years Old): If a minor is traveling alone or with someone other than their parents, they are required to secure a Travel Clearance issued by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). Please advise parents/guardians to process this in advance.
2. For Filipino Government Employees: Government employees traveling abroad, even for personal or leisure purposes, must present a Travel Authority from their respective Department Heads. This is a required document upon departure.
