ITINERARY:
DAY 1. ARRIVAL & PILGRIMAGE JOURNEY
Depart from Manila. Arrive at Incheon International Airport and meet your guide.
Travel to Seosan to visit Haemi Shrine, a sacred site honoring Catholic martyrs who kept their faith during the Joseon persecutions.
Continue to Dangjin City to pray at Solmoe Shrine, the birthplace of St. Andrew Kim Taegon, the first Korean Catholic priest, before proceeding to Gwangju for your overnight stay.
DAY 2. BLESSED MOTHER?S MOUNTAIN
Travel from Gwangju to Naju for a day of prayer and reflection. Visit Blessed Mother?s Mountain, home to Mary?s Ark of Salvation and the Blessed Mother of Naju, a well-known Catholic pilgrimage site dedicated to Marian devotion. After your spiritual visit, return to your hotel for rest and overnight stay.
DAY 3. MIRINAE HOLY SITE - JEOLDUSAN MARTYRS? HERITAGE
Travel by bus to Anseong to visit Mirinae Holy Site, a historic Catholic sanctuary and burial place of St. Andrew Kim Taegon, honoring the faith of Korea?s early martyrs. Continue to Seoul and visit Jeoldusan Martyrs? Shrine in Mapo, a sacred site overlooking the Han River where many Catholics were executed during the 1866 persecution. After your pilgrimage visits, proceed to your hotel in Seoul for check-in and overnight stay.
DAY 4. NATIONAL GINSENG SHOP, COSMETIC SHOP, AND HERBAL SHOP - N SEOUL TOWER WITH LOVE PADLOCK WALL BY CABLE CAR - MYEONGDONG CATHEDRAL WITH MYEONGDONG STREET

Terms/Booking Conditions

GUARANTEE DEPOSIT: PHP 15,000 per person is required to secure the reservation. The guarantee deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and must be settled within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the Confirmation Invoice. Otherwise, the slot may be released.
BOOKING HOLDING PERIOD: The booking holding period is limited to three (3) business days only. Failure to provide the Guarantee Deposit within this period may result in the release of the booking.
FULL PAYMENT: Full payment must be settled THIRTY (30) DAYS before the Departure Date; otherwise, the slot may be released, and the deposit forfeited. If booked less than a month before departure, full payment must be made THREE (3) DAYS after receiving the Confirmation Invoice.
VISA DENIAL POLICY: In the unfortunate event of a visa application being DENIED, the guarantee deposit will be FORFEITED. However, a name change for a passenger with a valid visa is permissible if the ticket has not yet been issued, provided they join the same departure date.
TICKET ISSUANCE: Ticket issuance is finalized approximately one week before the departure date. Please note that this timeline is subject to adjustments influenced by the heightened demand experienced during peak seasons, as well as the operational capacity of our airline partners.
DATE TRANSFER POLICY: Upon payment of the Guarantee Deposit, the Agent acknowledges that the selected travel date is definitive. Any sudden request for a change in the travel date after payment is considered final and cannot be accommodated.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The package is non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. No refunds will be provided for any unused tours, transportation, hotels, and flights. Once the guarantee deposit has been made, cancellation is not permitted. Both the guarantee deposit and full payment will be forfeited in the event of cancellation.
CREDIT NOTE POLICY: In the event of an overpayment, a credit note will be issued, transferring the overpaid amount into a TRAVEL FUND. This credit note is NON-REFUNDABLE and can only be applied to future bookings .
IMMIGRATION PROCESS: For passengers unable to pass the immigration process at any international airport, the entire tour package cost is non-refundable. Note that this process is subject to the discretion of the immigration officer, and outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances.
FLIGHT SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS: In the event of sudden adjustments to the flight schedule made by the airline, clients are expected to follow the new set schedule. Rebooking can only be processed in the event of natural calamities, force majeure (war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, epidemics, and pandemics), or mandated government cancellations. A refund is not an option.
For passenger/s not joining shopping stops ? Ginseng, Red Pine, Amethyst, and Cosmetic ? a penalty of USD 180/pax shall be charged.
E-GROUP VISA
ELIGIBILITY: The E-Group Visa is available only to passengers who have no prior denials of a South Korean visa or any derogatory immigration records. A minimum of three (3) passengers is required to be eligible for the E-group visa. Passengers with a history of visa denial are ineligible for the E-Group Visa.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: All required documents must be submitted in the specified format. Failure to adhere to the submission guidelines will result in delays or outright rejection of the application.
VISA VALIDITY: Once the E-Group Visa is issued, it cannot be extended. Passengers must depart and return on the dates specified in their visa application. These dates will be monitored by South Korean immigration authorities.
SKIPPING TOUR: Once approved for the KR E-Group Visa, passengers must attend all scheduled tours without exception. Skipping any tour is strictly prohibited.
VISA ISSUANCE: The E-Group Visa is generally issued three days prior to the scheduled departure date. Ensure all passengers are aware of this timeframe and make necessary arrangements accordingly.
VISA WAIVER: All agents are required to sign the visa waiver agreement as part of the application process.
SOLO TRAVELER RESTRICTION: The KR E-Group Visa is strictly NOT applicable to solo travelers. Applications must be submitted as part of a group of at least three (3) eligible passengers.

of the applicant, or acknowledge receipt via email.

To ensure a smooth departure process, please check and confirm with your passengers the following mandatory travel documents:
1. For Filipino Minors (Below 18 Years Old): If a minor is traveling alone or with someone other than their parents, they are required to secure a Travel Clearance issued by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). Please advise parents/guardians to process this in advance.
2. For Filipino Government Employees: Government employees traveling abroad, even for personal or leisure purposes, must present a Travel Authority from their respective Department Heads. This is a required document upon departure.
