DAY 1. MANILA - HANOI - FULL DAY CITY TOUR - SHOPPING (B/L/D)
Simply pack your bag for a 3-hour flight to Hanoi the charming ancient capital.
Arrive at Hanoi International Airport, please proceed through immigration and customs, and make
your way to the exterior arrivals area, using the exit indicated for your flight on the arrival marquee
(either exit A1 or A2). Our guide will be waiting here for you holding a pickup sign then escort you to
Hanoi center for city orientation. Breakfast will be served along the way.
You have a day to discover Vietnam's charming capital. The first stop would be Tran Quoc Pagoda
then Ho Chi Minh Complex. Taste amazing Vietnamese cuisine at traditional Home Moc
Vietnamese Restaurant. In the afternoon, visit St. Joseph Cathedral for religious activity, then
experience the bustling old quarter by electric cart. Time to shop at the Old Quarter or Dong Xuan
market. Dinner at Lotus Buffet Restaurant then your overnight will be in Hanoi.
Hanoi is the oldest capital city in Southeast Asia. Up to now, Hanoi has been one of the few cities in Asia left entirely void of
the Western-style boxy business architecture. We Hanoi people regard our capital city as the heart of Vietnam. Hanoi has
always been a symbol of culture and a source of pride throughout the history.
DAY 2. HANOI - HA LONG BAY - ONBOARD AMBASSADOR SIGNATURE CRUISE (B/L/D)
AM: Pickup at your hotel in Hanoi from 08:30-08:45 (approx. 2.5 hrs drive). Your heavenly journey
across Ha Long Bay starts around noon at the doorstep of Vietnam's most fascinating wonder.
10:00-11:30: Check in at Ambassador?s Lounge (1st Floor, Terminal Ha Long International Cruise
Port, Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City).
11:45-12:30: Passengers are transferred to Ambassador Signature Cruise (in Gia Luan Pier) by
speedboat.
12:30-12:45: A short welcoming briefing will be held at the Piano Lounge or at the restaurant, whilst
you are sipping our special welcome drink.
12:45-14:00: Savor a delicious lunch whilst enjoying the majestic views of Lan Ha Bay's islands and
islets.
15:00-16:45: Your first excursion is Viet Hai Fishing Village a primitive and tranquil location with
precious traditional cultural values. You will have a chance to explore features of the locals daily life,
visit fish lakes, bee houses, ancient houses, or experience fish foot massage.
15:45-16:15: For guests who are not participating in the excursion, we will serve home-made cakes
at the Piano Lounge. Guests can also stay onboard and opt for an afternoon of pampering at Spa or
relaxing on the Sundeck whilst admiring the magnificent scenery of Lan Ha Bay.
17:30-18:30: At sundown, Ambassador Signature Cruise will anchor overnight. This is the perfect
time for you to enjoy cooking class or Happy Hour and Canapes at the Piano Lounge or on the
Sundeck (depends on weather conditions).
19:00: Savor a delicious dinner with Chef?s special menu at the restaurant.

1:00-23:00: After dinner, indulge in drinks and enjoy live music at the Piano Lounge, squid fishing, a
spa treatment, or movies at your cabin.
NOTES: DUE TO CRUISING CONDITIONS, ITINERARIES MAY CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. WI-FI IS AVAILABLE

DAY 3. HA LONG BAY - HANOI (B/L/-)
06:00-6:30: Start your day with a Tai Chi Session on the sundeck or at the Piano Lounge (depends
on weather conditions).
06:30-07:00: Enjoy a light breakfast with coffee, tea, and freshly baked pastries at the Piano Lounge.
07:00-08:00: Explore Dark and Bright Cave a frog-jaw-shaped cave featuring marvelous sparkling
stalactites in various shapes and sizes on the arch-shaped ceiling. This cave leads to a peaceful lake
surrounded by limestone mountain cliffs. Kayaking and sitting on a bamboo boat rowed by locals are
the best options for tourists to explore the cave's interior.
08:30-09:30: Full breakfast is served at the restaurant.
09:30-09:45: Bill settlement and check-out at the reception at the first deck.
10:15-10:30: After disembarking from Ambassador Signature Cruise, passengers will be transferred
to Ha Long International Cruise Port by speedboat.
Your dream cruise will come to an end at the Ha Long International Cruise Port at
10:30. Return to
Hanoi for lunch at Net Hue Restaurant then hotel check-in for refreshments.
Proceed to Hanoi Train Street and try the famous Egg Coffee.
DAY 4. HANOI - MANILA (B/-/-)
Early check out of your hotel with a breakfast box, at 05:45 AM you will be transferred to the airport
for a flight back to Manila.
Arrival in Manila.

Terms/Booking Conditions
Submit a clear scanned passport copy for enlistment GUARANTEE DEPOSIT: PHP 15,000 per person is required to secure the reservation. The guarantee deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE
and must be settled within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the Confirmation Invoice. Otherwise, the slot may be released.
BOOKING HOLDING PERIOD: The booking holding period is limited to three (3) business days only. Failure to provide the Guarantee
Deposit within this period may result in the release of the booking.
FULL PAYMENT: Full payment must be settled THIRTY (30) DAYS before the Departure Date; otherwise, the slot may be released, and
the deposit forfeited. If booked less than a month before departure, full payment must be made THREE (3) DAYS after receiving the
Confirmation Invoice.
VISA DENIAL POLICY: In the unfortunate event of a visa application being DENIED, the guarantee deposit will be FORFEITED.
However, a name change for a passenger with a valid visa is permissible if the ticket has not yet been issued, provided they join the
same departure date.
TICKET ISSUANCE: Ticket issuance is finalized approximately one week before the departure date. Please note that this timeline is
subject to adjustments influenced by the heightened demand experienced during peak seasons, as well as the operational capacity of our
airline partners.
DATE TRANSFER POLICY: Upon payment of the Guarantee Deposit, the Agent acknowledges that the selected travel date is definitive.
Any sudden request for a change in the travel date after payment is considered final and cannot be accommodated.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The package is non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. No refunds will be provided for any unused tours,
transportation, hotels, and flights. Once the guarantee deposit has been made, cancellation is not permitted. Both the guarantee deposit
and full payment will be forfeited in the event of cancellation.
CREDIT NOTE POLICY: In the event of an overpayment, a credit note will be issued, transferring the overpaid amount into a TRAVEL
FUND. This credit note is NON-REFUNDABLE and can only be applied to future bookings
IMMIGRATION PROCESS: For passengers unable to pass the immigration process at any international airport, the entire tour package
cost is non-refundable. Note that this process is subject to the discretion of the immigration officer, and outcomes may vary based on
individual circumstances.
FLIGHT SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS: In the event of sudden adjustments to the flight schedule made by the airline, clients are
expected to follow the new set schedule. Rebooking can only be processed in the event of natural calamities, force majeure (war or threat
of war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, epidemics, and pandemics), or mandated government cancellations. A refund is
not an option.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

1. For Filipino Minors (Below 18 Years Old): If a minor is traveling alone or with someone other than their parents,
they are required to secure a Travel Clearance issued by the Department of Social Welfare and Development
(DSWD). Please advise parents/guardians to process this in advance.
2. For Filipino Government Employees: Government employees traveling abroad, even for personal or leisure
purposes, must present a Travel Authority from their respective Department Heads. This is a required document
upon departure.
